Dynamic Advertising and Design was founded in 2003. Initially
started to fill the need for web development and digital signage
in the casino industry, DAD has grown rapidly over the last three
years to include all forms of new media and traditional advertising.
DAD has formed strategic partnerships with leading technology
companies and extended these services into many different
industries. Helping to develop private and public communications
and advertising networks. DAD has assisted it's clients with
every aspect of development from procurement, installation, training,
creative content and management to complete management of digital
signage networks.
DAD has worked with large corporations and private businesses
throughout the United States, Canada and Europe and continues
to grow.

Tim Downey
Starting over 26 years ago in Atlantic City, Tim has held positions in customer service, advertising and marketing. As technologies evolved, Tim took on the responsibilities of web development and digital signage for one of the largest casinos in Atlantic City. Seeing the possibilities for digital signage, Tim started his own company, Dynamic Advertising and Design and now serves all of the Trump properties, The Pier at Caesars, the Tropicana Casino and Resort, the Atlantic City Convention Center, Princeton Medical Center and many other clients.
Amy Raetsch
Amy brings 6 years of digital signage experience to advertising
and marketing in Atlantic City. Amy quickly moved up through
the ranks at one of the largest casinos in Atlantic City taking
charge of their multimedia and digital signage.
Amy eventually moved into the position of Director of Creative
Services for Dynamic Advertising and Design.
Emily Gorman
Emily joined the Dynamic Advertising and Design team to head
the web department and work with casino web clients in Atlantic
City, Indiana and Mississippi, as well as major retail outlets
in the area. Emily previously worked as a designer at the Press
of Atlantic City and the Courier-Post. Emily earned
several New Jersey Press Association awards for design in 2007
and was named The Press’ Editorial Employee of the Year
for 2008.
